Service Description
In this clinic, students learn combinations/sequences on the ground and in the aerial sling/hammock. Some new skills are taught within the sequencing, but the main focus is on quality of movement, transitioning, and musicality. The clinic will consist of two 90-minute sessions that will include a warm-up/dynamic stretch, skill building, short sequence/combination, and cool down. This clinic is meant for advanced beginner levels and up (i.e. able to be in the air for a full sequence without trouble throughout a class period.) Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of knees and under arms (prevents fabric burn). Leotards or Unitards are highly encouraged.

Cancelation Policy
*CLASS SERIES POLICY* There will be no make-ups, so please be sure you can come to all of the classes within the session. There are NO REFUNDS. You may cancel up to 24-hours before the start of the class series for a class credit. After the 24-hour period there will no refunds and no credits given. No exceptions. *DROP-IN/PRIVATE LESSON POLICY* Students can cancel 12 hours before class start time for a class credit. If students cancel outside the 12 hour window, this results in forfeiting class booking and the class slot will open to a student on the wait list. Please call or text during extenuating circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy and supporting a small business!
