This past weekend Brande Lee Morrow, owner of Aerial Spirit Dance, and Daniela M., student of Aerial Spirit Dance & Studio 17 Dance, headed to the 10th Annual West Coast Aerial Arts Festival in Costa Mesa, California.
This was Daniela's first ever aerial arts performance and competition. Daniela has been training aerial/circus arts with Brande for about a year now. She has been taking group classes with Brande at Studio 17 Dance and private lessons at Aerial Spirit's location at ODU to really advance her skills and prepare for the competition.
All her training and preparation really payed off. Daniela won 2nd place in her category- Novice 11-14yrs open solo. We are so very proud of you Daniela for this huge accomplishment!! Thank you Aerial Arts America for hosting such a wonderful event. We cannot wait to come back next year.
